Norman (Norm) Brown, 89, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on August 12, 2020. He entered this world on December 8, 1930, in Fairfax, OK, born to Treston and Maggie Wardlow Brown.

Norm grew up in Osage County served a tour of duty in the United States Army and lived in California for a time. He met the love of his life Grace Waugh, and they were married April 8, 1970, in Las Vegas, and they made their home in California until moving to Kay County in 1971. Norm was a Musician all his life using his Drumming skills with numerous bands, He opened several Taverns for folks to come and enjoy Music and dancing, Norms Ballroom, Spuds and the Rocking Horse. Norm also enjoyed going to garage sales, and auctions if he wasn't playing his drums.

Those left behind to cherish his memories are his wife Grace of 50 years, 4 Sons; Bob Gibson and Dave Gibson both of Florida, Jim Gibson and wife Barb of Arizona and Gary Gibson and wife Kim of Missouri, 2 daughters; Sandra Fiance and husband Glen of California and Tamara Ake and husband Mark of Oklahoma, 19 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.

Norm was preceded in death by his parents and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, August 22, 2020, in Grace Memorial Chapel with Chaplin Gary Wilburn Officiating. Interment will follow in the Odd fellows Cemetery with arrangements under the care of Grace Memorial Chapel of Ponca City. Visitation will be held Friday, August 21, 2020, at Grace Memorial Chapel with the family in attendance from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. to receive friends and relatives.
