Rose Mary Harader
August 20, 1950 - March 7, 2024

Rose Mary Harader, 73, beloved Spouse, was called to her eternal resting place on March 7, 2024. She entered this world on August 20, 1950, in Ponca City, OK, born to Junior Hazaleus and Roberta Case Hazaleus.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 13,2024 in the Prairie Chapel Church, 6998 N. Ranch Dr. Ponca City, OK 74601 with Pastor Francis Bartley officiating. Interment to follow in the Newkirk City Cemetery. A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at Grace Memorial Chapel from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with the family in attendance from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. to receive friends and relatives. Arrangements are in the care of Grace Memorial Chapel of Ponca City, OK. The family has asked in lieu of flowers please make donations to the Ponca City Noon AMBUCs to help purchase therapeutic tricycles.

Rose grew up in Newkirk, Oklahoma attending the Newkirk school system and she attended Oklahoma State University receiving her bachelor's degree of early Elementary education.

Rose met the love of her life, Danny N. Harader and they were married August 26,1978 in Blackwell, OK and they made their home in Blackwell until they moved to Ponca City in 1979. She taught Elementary School for several years in Newkirk, OK until she became a Computer Analyst for Conoco. Rose, spoiling her grandchildren was her life mission. Rose enjoyed going antique shopping, traveling, touring on their Motorycle, and helping others.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her spouse Danny Harader of the home, two sons: Mike Harader and wife Tina of Blackwell, OK. Scott Harader of Newkirk, OK one daughter, Chrissie Chao and husband Cliff of Ponca City, OK, two sisters, Janie McGuire and husband Jim of Arkansas City, KS and Ruthie Hazaleus of OKC, OK. Also surviving are her nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter in law, Melanie Harader.
