November 25, 1928 - July 21, 2025

Gloria Ann Hall, 96, the fourth child of Harry E. and Ida (Braden) Hall, was born at home in Nardin, Oklahoma, on November 25, 1928. She passed away on July 21, 2025, in Blackwell, Oklahoma.

She attended the Nardin Grade School before attending at Blackwell High School, where she graduated with the class of 1947.

Along with helping her family with the farming, she also worked at S. H. Kress, the Blackwell Livestock Auction, the Ed Johnston Grain Co., and for twenty-two years at the Blackwell Co-Op in both Braman and Blackwell - retiring in 1993.

She lived in the Nardin area until 1971, when the family moved to Blackwell.

She was an avid quilter, and besides quilting in her home, quilted for several churches, the Red Cross Quilters, in friends homes, and last for the Church quilters in Nardin.

She was a lifetime member of the Nardin Methodist Church, where she taught the children's Sunday classes, acted as both Secretary and Treasurer for the United Methodist Women, and as Secretary for the official Board for many years. She served on the church's planning committee for its 100th Anniversary Celebration in 1995. She saw the church build two new parsonages and a new church in Nardin.

Preceding her in death, besides her parents, were two sisters: Hazel Reese and Ineva Reinking; two brothers: Lorin and Dean Hall; three nieces: Coleen Hedrich, Eva Ann Wooderson, and Donna Lichti; and two nephews: Max and Rex Hall.

She is survived by nieces: Dixie Kuehny, Karen Sue Godard, Jean Ann Corneil, and Sharon Mason; two nephews: Darrell Reese, and Harold Hall; care-givers: Kathy Newton, Penny Woodruff; and a host of friends and many other relatives, friends, and neighbors for which she was so thankful and appreciated so much.

Honorary Casketbearers include Harold Hall, Paul Kuehny, Cal Clarke, Alan Reese, Joyce Willbanks, Tonya Krenek, and all of her fellow quilters.

Casketbearers include Jay Kuehny, Tracy Tebow, Brian Murret, and Jim Reese.

A graveside service has been scheduled for 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Nardin, Oklahoma.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the Nardin Church, PO Box 794, Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
