August 6, 1953 - December 3, 2019

Wayne Lynn Dickison, 66, of Ponca City, OK left this earth on December 3, 2019. A Celebration of Life will be held at Trout Funeral Home Chapel at 10am on Thursday, December 12, 2019 with Jerry Dickison officiating. A graveside ceremony will be held at Longwood Cemetery immediately following the service.

Wayne was born on August 6, 1953 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Truman Ray Dickison and Velda (Mildon) Miller. He graduated from Ponca City High School in 1971. He retired as an Engineer from Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. He loved music and playing the guitar and enjoyed riding motorcycles.

He is survived by his daughters, Lacy Bursiaga and husband, Ruben of Stillwater, OK, Alecia Smith of Toluca Lake, California, grandchild, Ruben Bursiaga, III and a granddaughter on the way, brothers, Jerry Dickison and his wife, Joanna of Ponca City, Lee Dickison and his wife, Jackie of Tonkawa, and Ray Dicksion and his wife, Margaret of Del City, OK, sister, Betty Hall and husband, Jim of Ponca City, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. The family would like for you to leave memories of Wayne at www.troutfuneralhome.com.
