Ralph Bill Miller, 90, of Ponca City, OK, left this life on May 8, 2023. No public viewing is scheduled. A Graveside Ceremony will take place at 10:00 AM, Friday, May 12, 2023, at Longwood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave., Ponca City, OK, 74601.

Bill was born on September 15, 1932, in Ponca City, to William Arvil and Augusta May (Weaver) Miller. After high school, Bill married Bertha "Nell" Wright on October 15, 1950, in Newkirk, OK. He worked as a lineman/supervisor for Southwestern Bell.

Bill loved fishing, gardening and anything to do with horses and rodeoing and was considered a great musician. He was also a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and great great grandfather.

Bill is survived by: his wife, Nell, of the home; daughter, Diana Lockhart, of Ponca City, OK; son, Billy G. Miller and his wife, Joy, of Neosho MO; grandkids, Leslee Seeliger and husband, Lawrence, of Ponca City, Jessica Miller of Kansas City, MO, Jeremy Toon of Oklahoma City, OK, and Michelle Coonce and husband, John, of Justin, TX; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and other family members and friends. He is proceeded in death by; his parents, siblings, and grandson, Chad Lockhart.
