John Luther Welch passed away on Friday, September 2, 2016 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 84.

John was born on February 1, 1932 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Fred and Juanita Welch. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Monday, September 12, 2016 in Grandview Cemetery in Kaw City, Oklahoma.

John was preceded in death by his parents.

John is survived by sons, John Welch, Timothy Welch, Eric and wife Nicole Welch; daughters, Jill Wilhelm and husband Jim, Holly Pittsley and husband Fred, and Kelly Welch. Grandkids; Bradley Bailey, Constance Welch, Anne Welch, Paul Welch, Ehren Welch, Erika Killman and husband Justin, Jeremy Pittsley and wife Jenny, Jordan Pittsley and wife Mieszka, Nichole Welch, Erin Welch, Eric Welch, and Kendall Welch. Great grandkids; Dale Bailey, Brittany Bailey, Josiah Pittsley, Jonas Pittsley, Jamin Pittsley, Korbyn Welch, Darrec Welch, Talon Killman, and Logan Killman. Great great grandson, Braxton Bailey.
