Wilburn “Wilbur” Chitwood, formerly of Enid, OK passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019 in Kaw City with his sister by his side. He was 65 years of age. Wilbur was born January 21, 1954 in Current River, Missouri to James Franklin Chitwood and Norman Caroline Sewell Chitwood.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, August 26, 2019 in the Christian Life Outreach Church of Kaw City, OK with Pastor Ron Kirk officiating. Burial will follow in the Grandview Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday August 25, 2019 at Grace Memorial Chapel.

Wilbur was a logger in his earlier years, and he lived in Enid 1988 to 2017 when he moved to Kaw City with his sister. He enjoyed fishing and mowing yards. He was also a charter member of the Christian Life Outreach Church of Kaw City.

Survivors include; his sister Joyce Patton and husband Scott of Kaw City, OK 3 nieces; Amanda Bratcher, Sierra Bratcher and Hailey Bratcher all of Yukon, OK. Also surviving is aunt; Marie Lawson of Wright City, MO, 2 Uncles; Doyle Sewell od Arnold, MO and Orville Sewell of Texas.

Wilbur was preceded in death by his parents, infant brother; William Chitwood and brother Orville Chitwood., infant sister; Darlene Marie Chitwood.
