Larry Alexander, 60, beloved Brother, was called to his eternal resting place on August 5, 2020. He entered this world on July 19, 1960, in Ponca City, OK, born to Bill and Ruth Myers Alexander.

Graveside services are 2:00 pm Monday, August10, 2020 in Grandview Cemetery Kaw City, OK, with Pastor Bill Long officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, August 9, 2020, at Grace Memorial Chapel of Ponca City. Danny will be in attendance Sunday, August 9, 2020 from 2 PM to 4 PM to receive friends. Memorial contributions maybe made in Larry's name to the Shidler Volunteer Fire Department, Box 335, Shidler, OK 74652

Larry grew up in Shidler and graduated in 1978 and attend College in Okmulgee, while in high school Larry played football for the Tigers. Larry left for Houston, TX shortly after a few semesters in College, Larry worked as a parts-man with a diesel supplier in Houston and he was an avid Houston Astros' fan, and he enjoyed attending sporting events. Larry was a workaholic and he enjoyed bowling. Larry came back to Shidler in 2017. Upon returning to Shidler Larry worked for Lowe's part-time and drove a Shidler School Bus.

He is survived by his brother Danny Alexander of Shidler, OK and 2 cousins; Kenneth Peterman and David Peterman and wife Jean.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents.
