Graveside services for Mary Ann Thompson, 56, Blackwell resident, will be held on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Blackwell Cemetery with Pastor Bill McKissick officiating. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Mary was born on September 17, 1962 in Shiprock, New Mexico, the daughter of Carl, Sr. and Mary Martinez Randolph, and passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 in Tulsa. She was raised in Hobbs and Aztec, New Mexico and attended Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa. Mary worked as a cook for Blackwell Head Start, but her duties became her passion caring for and loving the children who attended. She was a Pentecostal by faith.

Survivors include her son, G.L. David and wife Kasha Thompson of Blackwell; daughters, Melissa Hare of Venus, Texas, and Wallupa and husband Brandon Newsome of Ft. Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Graceyn Thompson, Shelbee Thompson, Keegen Thompson, Kaitlyn Pyle, Jadon Pyle; brother, Jerry Sandoval of Farmington, New Mexico; sisters, Jackie Lynn Randolph of Blackwell, Asul Randolph of Okinawa, Japan, and Karla Randolph of Laredo, Texas; and Mary’s Navajo’s Reservation Family.

Mary was preceded in passing by her parents, brothers, Darrell Randolph and Carl Randolph, Jr.,granddaughters, Kaylee Thompson, Anna Newsome; niece Jennifer Randolph.
