Mary Ann Stowell
August 8, 1946 - September 7, 2025

Mary Ann Stowell of Blackwell, Oklahoma, passed away on September 7, 2025, at the age of 79 years.

Mary Ann Stowell was born on August 8, 1946, in Blackwell, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Bruce Edwin & Eleanor (Zimmerman) Wallace. Mary Ann grew up in Blackwell attending the Blackwell Public Schools - graduating from Blackwell High School in 1964. Following her education, she began working at the Blackwell Regional hospital. She moved away to various towns in both Oklahoma and Texas, while her husband worked in the oil fields. She later returned to Blackwell, where she worked at Shepherds on Doolin and later at Southwest Cupid for many years.

She attended her early years at the Presbyterian Church and, later, various churches in town. She enjoyed watching old westerns and the Hallmark Channel; as well as working in her garden. She loved attending Bible studies at the Holy Grounds Coffee Shop in Blackwell.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by one brother, Robert Wallace and his wife Linda of Skiatook, Oklahoma; one niece, Heather; one nephew, Sean; and seven great-nieces.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Roberts & Son Funeral Home, from 2:00 - 7:00 PM.

A Graveside Service has been scheduled for 11:00 AM, Thursday, September 11, 2025, in the IOOF Mausoleum, Blackwell Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma, c/o Roberts & Son Funeral Home.
