August 31, 1941 - November 12, 2021

Mildred Lucinda Nash, of Blackwell, Oklahoma passed away on November 12, 2021, at Willow Haven Nursing Home in Tonkawa, Oklahoma at the age of 80 years.

Mildred Lucinda Nash was born on August 31, 1941, in Neodesha, Kansas the daughter of Ralph Alfred Beard and Ethel Lucille (Moore) Beard. Mildred graduated from Blackwell High School.

She worked for Bob’s Grill and Pam’s Hardware Store, and Southwest Cupid, where she retired from after 30 years.

She married Billy D. Nash on Aprill 22, 1963 in Pawnee, Oklahoma. He survives. Other survivors include daughter, Lucinda “Cindy” (Tom Tholstrup); sisters, Mary Beard, Carolyn Bell (Larry), Sarah Dobbins (K.D.); grandchildren, Michael Paul Vance, Victoria Lucinda Kreutzer (Rick); eight great-grandchildren, Lawrence, Tori, Little Rick, Shyle, Zachary, Dakota, Haylee, and Billy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Alfred Beard and Ethel Lucille (Moore) Beard; and a sister, Dora Jane Orsborn.

Mildred enjoyed country cruising, weekend road trips, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at Blackwell Cemetery.
