Mrs. Sarah LeForce
Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah LeForce, 86 , former Blackwell resident who was killed in the Udal, Kansas tornado Wednesday night, will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. in the First Methodist Church here, with Rev. Dwight Hunt officiating.
Mrs. LeForce was born May 20, 1869 in Grayson Co., KY., and came from a farm near Danville, Kans., in 1894, and lived in Blackwell area until two years ago.
Burial will be in the IOOF cemetery under direction of Roberts and Sons.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. R. C. Andrews of Amarillo, Tex., Mrs. L.D. Turner of Wichita, and Mrs. O.C. Rankin of White Face, Tex.; two sons, Walter R. LeForce of Udall and J. Clyde LeForce of Bristow; two sisters, Mrs. Billie Mourning of Wichita and Alice Purcell of Wichita; and two brothers, Jess Purcell of Roswell, N.M., and Mack Purcell, Featheriver, Calif.
