Rosemarie Larimore of Blackwell, Oklahoma, died Thursday morning, September 21, 2017, in the Hillcrest Manor Nursing Home at the age of 79 years.

Rosemarie Larimore was born on February 25, 1938 in Canton, Ohio to Charles and Eva Scherer. She grew up in Canton and graduated from McKinley High School in 1957. She met Ernest Ray Hatcher Sr. and they were married on July 4, 1958, in Smithfield, West Virginia. They left Smithfield in 1963, and moved to Blackwell, Oklahoma, where they raised their family. Together they had four children. Rosemarie was a loving and caring mother for all of her life. In her free time, Rosemarie loved to hunt and fish with family and friends. Her husband preceded her in death on October 18, 1995. She married Larry E. Larimore on October 30, 2004, in Wichita, Kansas, and they made Blackwell their home. She attended the Blackwell Church of Christ.

She is survived by her four children, Ernest Ray Hatcher, Jr. and wife Kim of Apex, North Carolina, Ronald Hatcher and wife Sheila of Derby, Kansas, Charles Hatcher and wife Verla of Blackwell, Oklahoma, and Shirley Smith and husband John of Lakeland, Florida; a sister, Dolly Colby of Canton, Ohio; a brother, Earl Scherer; fourteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Bill Scherer.

Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 25th in the Blackwell Church of Christ with Lanny Jobe officiating. Burial will follow in the Blackwell Cemetery.

Casketbearers will be Ron Hatcher, Chuck Hatcher, Ben Hatcher, Brandon Hatcher, Ernest Hatcher Jr. and James Burnett.
