Donna Marie Highland, long-time resident of Blackwell, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020. She was 87 years old. Donna was laid to rest next to her parents at Blackwell Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home of Blackwell.

Donna was born on January 22, 1933 in Blackwell, OK to her parents, Floyd and Hattie (McCulloch) Highland. She grew up in rural Blackwell and attended Valley Center District 62 country school. She was a member of the Church of God. She entered Hillcrest Nursing Home on January 31, 2002 due to failing health. She enjoyed making latch hook rugs.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Donna is survived by her cousins, Lonnie McCulloch and wife, Cheryl of Blackwell and Gary McCulloch and wife Jeanie of Braman, Oklahoma.
