Debbie Kay Dyer, 60, of Blackwell, passed away on January 10, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She was born on December 5, 1959 in Blackwell, Oklahoma the daughter of Estell “Ed” Cain and Evelyn (Berryhill) Cain. She graduated from Blackwell High School in 1978.

She married Joel Dyer on July 22, 1977 in Blackwell. He survives. Other survivors include sons, Cy Dyer and Tyler (Bobbi) Dyer; mother, Evelyn Cain; a brother, Randy (Pat) Cain; four grandchildren, Taylor Dyer, Jackson Dyer, Karsten Dyer and Teagan Dyer; and nieces, Katie (Brandon) Baier, Laura Beth (Chris) Blanchard.

She was preceded in death by her father, Estell “Ed” Cain.

Debbie worked as a secretary and teachers aide for Blackwell Public Schools for over 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially attending her grandchildren’s various activities. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at the First Christian Church in Blackwell with Rev. Jeff Koch officiating. Burial will follow in the Blackwell Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Joel Dyer, Cy Dyer, Tyler Dyer, Frank Dyer III, Brandon Baier and Randy Cain. Honorary casketbearers will be Jackson Dyer, Chris Blanchard, Darrell Walker, Richard Hobbs and Mike Hobbs.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Outreach Ministry at First Christian Church, c/o Roberts and Son Funeral Home, 120 W. Padon, Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
