Jose Luis Angeles of Blackwell, Oklahoma, died Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at his home in Blackwell at the age of 60 years.

He was born on April 9, 1960 in Pátzcuaro, Michoacan Mexico the son of Gregorio Angeles Morales and Delfina Castillejo Matias.

He married Adriana Alcocer Angeles on August 22, 1994. She survives, of the home.

Other survivors include children, Benjamin Angeles, Cecilia Angeles, Isaac Angeles, Arely Angeles; son-in-law, Saul Rascon; grandson, Oswaldo Rascon; brother, Miguel Angeles; nephews, Armando Angeles, Homero Angeles, Abraham Angeles; and a niece, Cieara Angeles.

Jose worked as a Water Plant Operator for the City of Blackwell.

He was a member of First Assembly of God. He enjoyed watching movies with his family and taking family trips to Mexico. He also enjoyed working on home improvement projects.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Blackwell Cemetery with Rev. Bill McKissick officiating. Burial will follow in Blackwell Cemetery.

Viewing will take place from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday evening, January 8 at Roberts and Son Funeral Home.

Casket bearers will be Benjamin Angeles, Isaac Angeles, Saul Rascon, Oswaldo Rascon, Miguel Angeles, and Abraham Angeles.
