Jacky L. Cordell, of Pauls Valley, was born April 23, 1938 in Mill Creek, Oklahoma to Marvin Emory Cordell and Willie Pearl Cain Cordell. He passed away February 6, 2012 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 73 years.

Jacky was married to Lottie Ruth Flick. He was a Painter and Dry Wall Man. Jacky was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church. He had lived in Pauls Valley for the past 19 years.

Surviving family include his wife, Ruth Cordell, of the home; 3 children, Timmy Cordell, Ronnie Cordell and John Gilmore, 2 sisters, Wilma Lowry and Dorothy Adkins, all of Pauls Valley; 4 grandchildren, John, Jimmy, Julie and Timothy, 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 10, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Stufflebean Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Rev. Henry Rush, Jr. and Rev. M.E. Sellers. Interment will be at Troy Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
