Madeline “Mae” (Matney) Biggs, age 79, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2020 at Seminole Care and Rehab in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Mae was born on July 8, 1941 to Toney Berry and Opal Juanita (Golden) Matney. Mae was one of eight children. She married Roy Lee Biggs of Tishomingo, OK on June 16, 1959 in Gainesville, Texas by the Justice of the Peace. Together they lived in Pampa, Texas and Shawnee, Oklahoma. Mae was primary a home maker and stay at home Mom to her five children. She attended and loved The Salvation Army as her church. Mae loved to love on people. The most cherished family memory are the 35+ summers at Lake Texoma.

Mae is preceded in death by her parents, Toney and Juanita Matney; sisters/spouses, Margie & Charles Turner, Mary & Bill Counts, Dora & Vernon Neighbors, Donald Morrison, Joyce Matney, James Fountain; brother, Toney Matney, Jr.

Those she leaves to cherish her memories are her husband, Roy Biggs; her 5 children+spouses, Curtis Jeffrey Biggs, Bradley Dean Biggs/Toni Biggs, Darcie Lee Biggs, Madeline “Michele” (Biggs) & Larry Wade, Rhonda Lynn (Biggs) & Ben Walters; her 9 grandchildren+spouses, Thomas & Amanda Biggs, Skyler Biggs/Jessica Biggs, Ashley Wade, Dallas Wade, Blake Wade, Bailey (Walters) & Drew Arnold, Ben Walters, 3, Raegan Walters, Rorie Walters; her 5 great grandchildren, David Regalado, Lucas Biggs, Dylan Biggs, Hazel Biggs, Brantley Biggs; Sisters, Dorothy Morrison, Margaret Fountain and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

She was a mom, a sister, a friend to many, but she especially loved her role as Nana.

A graveside service to honor and celebrate the life of Madeline "Mae" Biggs will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 31, 2020 at the Tishomingo Cemetery.
