She was born August 19, 1977 in Tishomingo, OK, and was raised, primarily, in Ada, OK, by her loving parents, Quanah and Sherry (Frazier) Nail. Julie, also known affectionately to others as “Jules,” “Ju Ju,” or “Julio,” was a free-spirit and lived life to its fullest. She was quick with a smile and loved to laugh. She was always up for an adventure – whether it be a cross-country road trip or a trip through the drive-through for a Dr. Pepper. She took in many animals, including a dog named Waffles, and eventually acquired a herd of cats. Her most recent challenge was attempting to tame a feral cat she named, Bamboo Bob. She grew up in Ada, OK and Ignacio, CO. She was a graduate of Byng High School and attended college at East Central University. She was a long-time member of Ada First Indian Baptist Church.
