Mona Mozell Green Drinnon (Mona, Mo, Mona Bear, and Grizzly Bear Green by some) joined our Heavenly Father on February 21, 2020, age 80, at her home in Milburn, Oklahoma with her loving family surrounding her.

Mona was born on March 18, 1939 in Randlett, Oklahoma to Homer and Ruth Green. She attended Randlett school. Mona married Klen Drinnon Sr. on October 12, 1957 in Randlett, OK. She lived in Ft. Hood, Alabama, southern areas of Texas until finally calling Milburn her home. She worked at a young age helping pick cotton with her parents and younger siblings. She later completed her GED and became a nurse aid which she worked for many years. Mona enjoyed camping and fishing with her family and also cooking meals for her family and friends. She was a member of the Nazarene Church in Tishomingo where she loved to go and fellowship and rejoice about our God with Pastor Dick Sowder and other church members. Mona would say her greatest accomplishment in life was her family whom she loved very dearly. She would always tell her family, “Love one another!”

Mona is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Ruth Green; husband, Klen Drinnon Sr., 7 brothers, Junior, J.W. Gerald, Billy, Harold, Lee Wayne and Donald Green.

Those she leaves to cherish her memories are her children, Carol Ann Drinnon of the home, Carolyn Wilkerson of the home, Klen Drinnon Jr., Belle Chase La, Homer Drinnon and wife Evelyn of Venice, Louisiana, Virginia Hull and husband Tim of Sherman, Texas, Jack and Rachel Drinnon of Wilson, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Jayme Osburn, Joshua Wilkerson, Marcia Devaughn, Klen Drinnon III, Corey Spaulding, Bradley Drinnon, Brian Drinnon, Tyler Drinnon, Leanne Behayt, Johnny Ragan Jr., Mona Hankins, Faylynn Almond Ragan, Clinton Ragan, Billy Jack Drinnon, Desiree Drinnon, Jessica Brooks and Jackie Stockton; 41 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends who will deeply miss her.
