James "David" Bilyeu

James "David" Bilyeu, 53, Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, August 21, 2006 in Ninnekah.

Graveside Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 24, 2006, in the Terral Cemetery with Rev. Charles Parker officiating. Services are under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow.

David was born Saturday, March 7, 1953 in Chickasha, Oklahoma, to the late Curt W. Bilyeu, Jr. and Bonnie [Kinslow] Bilyeu.

David attended Chickasha and Ryan schools. At age 16 he attended barber college and received his barber license. At age 17, David joined the US Army and served during Vietnam. He lived in Terral and the past year he lived at Alex.

David enjoyed traveling, fishing and spending time with his family. He loved Sister Alice and her church. David was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include, son, Jason Thi Bilyeu of Sulphur Springs, TX; daughter, Misty Dawn Williams & husband Rusty of Terral, OK; two grandchildren, Samuel Hayden of Terral, OK, Racen Williams of Terral, OK; mother, Bonnie Bilyeu of Chickasha, OK; two brothers, Gary Bilyeu & wife Sheila of Rush Springs, OK, Jerry "Cracker" Bilyeu of Alex, OK; five sisters, Nawassa Wilcoxson & Bub of Terral, OK; Donna Brooks & husband Ron of Blanchard, OK; Mary Barnes & husband K. V. of Terral, OK; Virginia Schaffner & husband Don of Bowie, TX; Beck Ward & husband Larry of Duncan, OK; nieces, nephews & great nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.
