Cement, Okla. - Zachary Allen Tollett was born Oct. 28, 2004 in Midwest City and died Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at his home in Cement.
Zachary is survived by his mother, Janie Tollett and Eric Leewright; father, Buddy Cardinell; brothers and sisters, Cody, Ashlyn, Nicholas, Preston and Seth, Erica, Hayden and Brooke;
grandparents, Brenda Nesdale and Frank, Chancey Tollett, Buddy Brakefield and Sandy, Sharon and Fred Leewright; great-gran dparents, Mary Plymale, Hattie Glass, Irene House, A.B. and Ethel Cain; uncles, Daniel Tollett and Justin Tollett.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 2009 at the Bible Baptist Church.
Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Holdenville Cemetery in Holdenville under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
