Kelly Joe Maxwell a resident of Schulter, Ok passed away on June 13, 2007 in Henryetta at the age of 41. Born August 30, 1965 in Oklahoma City, Ok to Melvin Maxwell Sr and Gloretta (Buffington) Maxwell. Kelly served in the National Guard for 8 years, worked at Wal Mart for the past 4 years and was an ordained minister.

He married Pamela Childers on July 1, 1992 in Okmulgee, OK.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Brother Bobby Gene Maxwell, Sister Freddie Louise Maxwell and Nephews Jeffery Puttman, David Maxwell and Steven Kaler.

Survived by: Wife Pamela Maxwell of the home,4 Daughters: Summer Maxwell of Okmulgee,Starla Maxwell of the home, Amber Brown of the Home, Amanda Talley of the home. Grandchildren: Jaydin Vinyard of Okmulgee, Kevin Vinyard Jr of the Home, Kameron Vinyard of the home. 4 Brothers: Melvin Maxwell Jr and wife Melonie of Bixby, OK, Roger Maxwell of Ft. Worth, TX, James Thomas Maxwell and wife Anna of Schulter, Samuel Maxwell and wife Paula of Okmulgee, 5 Sisters: Vilenna Shaddix of Twinn Hills, OK, Paula Smith husband Donnie of Dewar, Ok, Coraine Fullerand husband James of Twinn Hills, OK, Billie Carson and husband Jackie of Henryetta, Janey Bass and husband Sam of Dewar.

Services will be 2:00pm, Thursday, June 21, 2007 at the New Covenant Church in Grayson,OK with Rev. Robert Lay officiating. Interment will follow at the Dustin Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
