Edna “Polly” Charlene Sasser, 91, Longtime resident of Ramona, OK passed away August 10, 2016 in Owasso. She was born July 5, 1925 in Stigler, OK to Guy Stubblefield and the former Etta Terry. She was a member of the Ramona Church of Christ and very active in family life. She was cared for by the staff at the Sequoyah Pointe Living Center.

Visitation will be Friday, August 12, 2016, 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the San Bois Cemetery near Stigler, OK with Mr. Landon Rowell officiating.

She is survived by: 3 sisters: Peggy Brown of Oklahoma City, Jean Eakle of Stigler and Mae Harris of Collinsville. 1 son: William Sample and his wife Phyllis of Ramona. 4 grandsons: Leon Williams of Ochelata, Travis Williams of Ramona, Michael Williams of Ochelata and Steven Sample of Ramona. 9 great-grandchildren: Josh, Luke, Cash, Kailin, Kierra, Taylor, April, Levi and Joey.  She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and loved ones.

Preceded in death by her parents, Etta and Guy Stubblefield. 4 brothers: Jack, Boyd, Dee and Ray. 1 son: James Elmer Williams, 2 daughters: Sharon Williams and Karen Williams and 1 granddaughter, Alicia Watson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
