The funeral for L. Maurice "Mickie" Ainsworth, 74, will be 2 PM Thursday in Ladusau-Evans Chapel with the Rev. Lawrence Gresham officiating. There will be an Eastern Star service at the Chapel in connection with the service. A second service will be 2 PM Friday in first Baptist Church of Kinta with burial to follow in San Bios Cemetery.
 
She was born November 26, 1924, at Kinta to Ben and Toney Jones Harp and died Monday, December 28, 1998.
 
She moved to Enid from Kinta in 1948. She worked as a beautician at Marie's Beauty Salon for six years and at Marquise Studio for 14 years.
 
She was a member of first Baptist Church and Enid Chapter No. 36 Order of Eastern Star.
 
She is survived by her husband, Leo, of the home; a daughter, Jo Vaughn of Tulsa; two sisters, Oakley Carter of Kinta, Bessie Faulcher of McAlester; two brothers, Plez Harp of Quinton, Ari Harp of Lequire; two grandchildren; and one great – grandson.
 
She was preceded in death by a son, one brother and one sister.
