Margaret Ann (Yapp) Roberts

May 5, 1912 ~ November 25, 1985

Jet - Margaret Ann Roberts, 73, died Monday, November 25, 1985. Services will be 10:30 AM Friday at the First Christian Church. Graveside services will be 3 PM at the Willow Creek Cemetery, near Buffalo, under the direction of the Fisher – Grapes Funeral Home.

Roberts was born May 5, 1912, in Elk Creek, Missouri, to Lester Rush and Lillie Mayberry Yapp. She married Jonnie W. Miller on July 18, 1931, in Woodward. He preceded her in death in 1929. She moved to Jet from Woodward in 1971.

Roberts had been active in nursing at the Western State Hospital and was a member of the First Christian Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Dolores Wells, Jet; two brothers, Jay and Ray Yapp, both of Spokane, Washington; two grandchildren; two step - grandchildren; and four great - grandchildren.
