The funeral for Reo "Dean" Richardson, 74, of Buffalo, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, April 18, 2009, at Myatt Funeral Home Chapel, Buffalo. The Rev. Jerry Hodges will officiate. Burial will be in High Point Cemetery , Buffalo. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to service time Saturday, at the funeral home. He was born Dec. 30, 1934, on the family farm southeast of Buffalo to Utah D. and Lena M. Furguson Richardson and died Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at Harper County Community Hospital, Buffalo.

He was a 1953 graduate of Buffalo High School. He served in the Navy from 1954 to 1958. He worked in the oil fields, Daytona Tire Co., and was a farmer. Surviving are five sisters, Pauline Moore of Warner Robins, Ga., Velma Matthew of Pampa, Texas, Thelma Clark of Shawnee, Dorothy Cotter of Buffalo and Delores Black of Woodward, and one brother, James C. Richardson of Pampa.

He was preceded in death by one sister.
