Janice LeGrand Elms was born January 1, 1954 in Sayre, Oklahoma to Juanita and Thomas G. LeGrand. She passed away November 20, 2015 at Sayre, Oklahoma at the age of 61 years, 10 months and 19 days.

Janice grew up in the Sweetwater community where she graduated from Sweetwater High School in 1972. She later moved to Sayre to make her home and raise her children. Janice had a love for horses and enjoyed cooking but mostly loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, T.G. LeGrand, and a sister, Sharon Harrell.

She survived by her husband, Larry, 3 children, Justin, Elizabeth and April; 7 grandchildren, her mother, Juanita LeGrand, Sweetwater, OK; a brother, Tommy LeGrand and wife, Virginia, Sweetwater, OK; 2 nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
