MACY DELL BUSS

16 Feb 1920 - 26 Apr 2000

BUFFALO - The funeral for Macy Dell Buss, 80, will be 10 a.m. Friday at Buffalo First Baptist Church. The Rev. Bruce Colbert will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, southeast of Buffalo. Arrangements are by Myatt Funeral Home. The casket will be open at the funeral home from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today.

She was born Feb. 16, 1920, on the family farm south of buffalo to Andrew and Hattie Mayfield Jackson and died Wednesday, April 26, 2000, at Buffalo.

She married Allen L. Hiltachk in September 1937. He died Aug. 28, 1940. In October 1941, she married Albert L. "Bill" Buss at Woodward. He died Dec. 27, 1990. She was in maintenance for the hospital and nursing home in Buffalo, and was a member of Buffalo First Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school.

Surviving are two sons, Robert Hiltachk of Trail, Ore., and Billy Buss of Buffalo; one brother, Robert Jackson of Buffalo; one sister, Helen Downey of Oklahoma City; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, two brothers and two step-sisters.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Harper County Community Hospital.
