Tiffany Nichole Toole was born January 13, 1977, in Watonga, Oklahoma and went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 23, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Tiffany graduated high school in Watonga and pursued studies at the University of Central Oklahoma. She was a hard worker with an adventurous spirit and was not afraid to venture into new occupations with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

She was a people person whose lovely looks, beautiful smile, and positive personality contributed to recognitions for best customer service. One supervisor noted that, “…she set the bar so high no one else could reach it and customers grumbled if she wasn’t there to help them.”

Tiffany had a loving, compassionate heart. On several Saturday’s she served meals at the Jesus House in Oklahoma City to women in need of an empathetic heart, an encouraging word, and an uplifting spirit.

Tiffany’s main hobbies were riding horses and fishing but she was game for any activity that involved fun, family, and friends. Without exception she always added to the laughter and joy just by being herself.

Tiffany was preceded in death by her grandparents Oluf & Dottie Toole, Jesse & Juanita Hopper, grandfather Rue Williams, step-father Dave Lockhart, uncle David Toole, and aunt Patricia Toole.

Tiffany is survived by her father Robert Toole & his wife Robin of Oklahoma City, OK; sister Kaci Cole & her husband Nick of Edmond, Oklahoma; her mother Teresa Hopper Williams & her husband Jim of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma; brother Brian Lockhart & his wife Myro Lee of Chalfont, Pennsylvania; grandmother Greta Williams of Sand Springs, OK; two nieces Madi and Jade; two nephews Gabe and James; one great-niece Kapri; two great-nephews Jenson and Jasper; loving aunts, uncles and cousins too numerous to name.

Tiffany’s loving compassionate heart, positive personality, joyful spirit, and helping hand will be sorely missed.

A Celebration of Life is schedule for Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 2:00pm at the Red

River Cowboy Church, 1001 N. Byers Ave., Mangum, OK 73554.
