Obituary:

Annie Mayer Stuetzer was born to Helen and Charley Mayer on December 15th, 1928 in Willow, Oklahoma. She went to be with our Lord and Savior on August 14, 2012 at the of 83 years, 7 months and 14 days.

Ann, as she became known by her friends, grew up in Willow and attended Ocina High School. Ann was married to Buford L. Neel and to that union was born a son, Dennis Leon Neel. Later in life, being single, she met and married Thomas N. Stuetzer and they made their home in Dallas, Texas. Thomas worked for the Associated Press and Ann began her own business of framing butterflies. She traveled all over Oklahoma and Texas going to art shows until her health began to fail.

She was preceded in death by her parents, infant twin sisters, Morene and Corene Mayer, a brother, Charley E. Mayer, Jr. and a nephew, Michael C. Mayer.

She is survived by a son, Dennis Neel and wife, Beverly, of Houston, TX; a grandson, Brian Neel of Montgomery, Tx.; a granddaughter, Shelly Neel of Orlando, Fl.; a brother, Frank Mayer and wife, Beverly, of Sayre, OK; a niece, Gena Marie Lambert and husband, Jeff, of Sayre, OK; 1 great grandson Eric Alexander Neel: a grand niece, 2 grand nephews, 2 great nieces, a great nephew and several close friends in Dallas, TX.

Service:

Graveside services will be held Friday, August 17, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Willow Cemetery officiated by Bro. Gary Baird.
