Johnny Dusek was born November 25, 1943 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Sophia Josephine and Anton Dusek. He passed away October 17, 2017 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 73 years, 10 months and 22 days.

Johnny attended school at Carter graduating in 1962. He furthered his education at Sayre Junior College for two years and then continued at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. After receiving his teaching degree in 1966, he taught school in Butler and also in Carter before he began farming. Johnny farmed the family farm south of Carter until 2003 when he retired. He enjoyed raising cattle, watching TV, especially sporting events, good food and spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son, Jonathan Dusek; 1 brother, Frankie Dusek and 1 nephew Jerry Donaldson.

He is survived by his sister, Mary Donaldson, Los Angeles, CA; 2 brothers, Wayne Dusek and wife, Pam, Sayre, OK, and Ernest Dusek and wife, Judy, Sayre, OK; his nieces and nephews, Chris Dusek and wife, Heather, Sayre, OK, Shannon Sablan, Keller, TX, Brett Dusek and wife, Cara, Phoenix, AZ, Steven Dusek and wife, Joni, Merritt, OK, Kaci Hall and husband, Jason, Weatherford, OK. Cindy Mullins and husband, Chris, Oklahoma City, OK, Billy Ellis, Oklahoma City, OK, Bob Donaldson, Los Angeles, CA, Ronny Donaldson and wife, Maria, Los Angeles, CA and Larry Donaldson and wife, Kim, Los Angeles, CA and a host of great nieces, great nephews, one great great niece, other relatives and friends.
