BABY LILIAN GRACE HOAR



Baby Lilian Grace Hoar was born Friday, March 18, 2011, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City and passed away unexpectedly Sunday, March 27, 2011, at Mercy Hospital.
Lily was the third daughter for Mr. and Mrs. Jeremy Hoar of Ponca City.
Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2011, at First Baptist Church, Pond Creek. Burial will be in Pond Creek Cemetery. Les Washnock and Ken Newport will officiate.
Surviving are her parents; two sisters, Zoe and Kyah; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Hoar of Pond Creek; great-grandmother, Laura Belle Hoar of Denver, Colo.; aunts and uncles, Kim and Jeff Wilson of Newkirk, Darcey and Brett Austin of Ponca City, Becky and John Jennings of Attleboro, Mass., Melissa Rhodd of Ponca City and Amy and Brad Brown of Bartlesville.
She was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Ruby and Gerald Fore of Medford; grandfathers, Keith Hoar of Pond Creek and John Rhodd of Ada..
Memorials to March of Dimes or Mercy Health Center may be sent to Wilson Funeral Home, Box 48, Pond Creek, OK 73766.
