Rose May [Sawyer] Reed Talkington Spurlin
January 24, 1887 ~ June 15, 1962


Rose was a former resident of Verden and for the past several years made her home in California.

Survivors are one daughter; Mrs Viola Osborne of Riverside, CA; one son Perry O. Reed of Phoenix, AZ; four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs Betty Deas of Berkeley, CA, and Mrs Ruth Dundle of El Segundo, CA, four brothers Arthur Sawyer of Kissme, FL, George Sawyer of Castro Valley, CA, Bill Sawyer of Santa Clara, CA, and Harry Sawyer of Reseda, CA.

Pallbearers for her funeral services were Leo Talkington, Orville Talkington, Ernest P. Henry, Bill McComas, Martin Henry, and Phelan Mobbs.
