Denny Dwayne Scrimsher
August 14, 1945 ~ September 22, 2014


Denny Scrimsher, 69, of Verden, Okla., passed away at his home. He was born in Nowata, Okla. to Charles and Nancy Ethel [Pruitt] Scrimsher.

He graduated from Tatum High School, and married Gladys Guge on February 25, 1966 in Tatum.

He worked for Lea County Electric for 14 years in Tatum, and for Xcel Energy for 15 years. After living in Salem, Oregon for awhile, they moved to Verden, Okla. in August, 2010.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Joyce Hoke, Janice Coberley, Vera Scrimsher; and a brother, Dee Scrimsher.

Survived by his wife of the home; and a sister-in-law & her husband of Verden.
