F. McGIVENS SERVICES HELD TUESDAY

Funeral services for Frank McGivens, 69, were held in the Brown Funeral Home chapel, Chickasha, at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Rev. Tom Graham officiated.

Mr. McGivens passed away Sunday night at his home five miles south of Verden.

He had lived in this vicinity for 22 years and at his home south of Verden the past 14 years.

Survivors include his wife, Gertrude, four daughters, Mrs. Ruby Townsend and Mrs. Lois Dill of Chickasha, Mrs. Ruth Talkington of Verden and Mrs. Blanche Green, who is in Italy; three sons, Leonard Otey of Cement, Thomas Otey of Walters and Ed Otey of Anadarko, 10 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Harry Hook of Chickasha sang "No Night There" and "In The Garden."

Casket bearers were grandsons, Vaughn and Delbert Otey, Donald and Howard Talkington and Charles and Jerry Townsend.

Interment was in the Verden Cemetery.
