Dylan Michael Black


Dylan Micheal Black, 17, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017 in Duncan.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, June 5th at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel, with Rev. David Ballard officiating. Burial will be in the Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

Dylan was born Wednesday, November 17, 1999 in Idabel and raised by his parents, Theresa Kay Black and Lemuel Akins. He grew up in the area and attended school in Marlow and Duncan. He was artistically gifted and loved drawing, he had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh, he enjoyed writing songs, playing basketball, making funny faces, dancing, taking selfies and eating at Taco Bell. Dylan was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by brother, Steven Roy Black, Jr.; grandmother, Patricia Anderson; and aunt, Pamela Gaddis.

Pallbearers will be: Josh Black, Matt Key, Zack Key, Austin Windsor, Dakota Hollman, Jeremy Thomas, Jeffrey Jordan and Joshua Stewart.
