Chad Alan Givens
November 30, 1987 ~ October 14, 2016

Chad Alan Givens, age 28 of Tuttle, formerly of Wayne, passed away Friday, October 14, 2016 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was born November 30, 1987 in Norman, Oklahoma. He was the only child born to Ricky Dale Givens and Lisa Gail [Plymale] Givens.

Chad grew up in Wayne and graduated from Wayne High School with the class of 2006.

At the early age of seven years old, Chad began riding motorcycles and racing on dirt tracks. This became a life-long passion that advanced him to his profession career in Motor Cross, Street and Drag Racing. For the past 20 years he has raced and won numerous racing events all over Oklahoma, Texas and various other states. Only for the past six years has he raced professionally. After high school Chad worked two years in the oil field before going to work at Hibdon Tires. In 2009 he began customizing pickups and in 2012 he opened his own business called "Chad's Customs". He was a member of the American Motorcycle Association since he was seven years old. Chad loved racing, and working on anything that had wheels or had a motor. He even enjoyed racing remote controlled cars.

Chad had a humble and quiet personality with an infectious smile. He had many friends and was loved by them all. He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by: Grandparents, Gary and Louise Plymale, Jerry and Barbara Givens, Father, Ricky Givens, Two uncles, Wally Givens and Jimmy Cheney.

He is survived by: Parents, Lisa and Johnny Heiskell of Tuttle, Girlfriend, Kristin Welch of Newcastle, Brothers and sisters, Angela Givens of McAlester, Lisa Givens of Hartshorne, Daphine Wheeler of Miami, TX, Preston Heiskell of Tishomingo, Many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews And a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at the First Baptist Church, Tuttle, Oklahoma. Burial will be at the Fairview Cemetery in Tuttle.

Memorials may be made to: REYNARD RACEWAY & TRAINING COMPOUND, 940163 S HWY 177, Wellston, Oklahoma 74881. Arrangements are by Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Newcastle, OK.
