February 9, 1972 ~ April 16, 2005


Funeral service for Shannon Nicole "Nikki" Hardy, 33, of Fletcher, Oklahoma will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 30, 2005 at the Bible Baptist Church in Chickasha.

Shannon Nicole "Nikki" Hardy was born February 9, 1972 in Chickasha the daughter of Leslie Dean and Dorothy Sue Chaney Dees and died Saturday, April 16, 2005 in Norman, Oklahoma.

She had lived in Chickasha and Sallisaw before moving to Fletcher. Nikki was a homemaker and student. She was a graduate of Cameron University.

She and David Hardy were married June 30, 1994 in Chickasha.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leslie Dean Dees and grandfather, Richard Chaney.

Survivors include her husband, David Hardy of the home; mother, Dottie Dees of Chickasha; one brother, Tommy Dees of Blanchard; one sister, Jamie and husband Doug Bailey of Sallisaw; grandmother, Floy Mae and Grady Cearley of Chickasha; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dan and Beth Hardy; two brothers-in-law, Scott Hardy and Chris & Brenda Hardy; one sister-in-law, Kristal and Johnny Norris of Freeport, Florida; aunts and uncles and numerous nieces and nephews.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
