Funeral services for Johnny Ray Potter, 55, of Minco, Okla., will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2004, at Minco Assembly of God Church. Rev. Wes Warren, of Minco Assembly of God Church, will officiate.

Johnny Ray Potter was born May 25, 1948, in Yukon, Okla., and died on Tuesday, March 2, 2004, at his home in Minco. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Minco, under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home, of Minco.

Johnny Ray Potter

Funeral services for Johnny Ray Potter, 55 of Minco were held Thursday, March 4, 2004, 2:00 p.m. at the Minco Assembly of God Church with Rev. Wes Warren officiating.

Mr. Potter was born May 25, 1948 at Yukon to Wade and Velma (Shipley) Potter and died Tuesday, March 2, 2004 at his home in Minco.

He married Louella Sue Justus on March 26, 1971 at El Reno.

He had lived in the Minco community since moving from Yukon in 1984.

He was a fork lift operator for the Blanchard Building Center.

Mr. Potter was preceded in death by parents: Wade and Velma Potter; and one brother: Robert Potter.

He is survived by his wife Sue Potter of the home in Minco; two sons and daughters-in-law: Tony and Jammie Potter of Gracemont, J.D. and Jolene Potter of Minco; one daughter and son-in-law: Jenny and Mark Goodman of Minco; five brothers and sisters-in-law: Sam and Wanda Potter of Yukon, Lee and Connie Potter of Stella, Oklahoma, Dean and Susan Potter of Oklahoma City, Kenneth and Ruth Potter of Oklahoma City, Ronnie and Kay Potter of Oklahoma City; four sisters and brothers-in-law: Lorene and Dale Shepherd of Yukon, Waunita and Sam Ervin of Yukon, Bernice and Pete Peters of Yukon, Dorothy and Charlie Rose of Mustang; and nine grandchildren.

Burial was at Evergreen Cemetery of Minco under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home in Minco.
