Jo Ella "Sue" Burns, of Pauls Valley, passed away November 28, 2015 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years.

Sue was born May 11, 1943 in Maysville, Oklahoma to Mark Jo and Dolley May [Cox] Shadden.

She earned her C N A and worked in Healthcare for many years. Garvin County has been her home all of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Dolley Shadden; 2 brothers, Jessie Loper and Claude Britt; 2 sisters, Lou Ella Prather Wade, her twin and Lena Mae Peery and a daughter, Darla Due Thompson.

Surviving family include her children, Pansy Austin of Pauls Valley; Dolly Marie Wallace of Sulphur; and Wayne Wesley Reynolds, of Mountain View, Wyoming; 9 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 6 brothers, George Loper of Katie; Ray Loper of Pauls Valley; Paget Loper of Lindsay; Harold "Junior" Loper of Wayne; A. C. Loper, and Edward Britt of Pauls Valley.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Stufflebean-Coffey Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Chaplain Tim Duncan. Interment will be at Whitebead Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
