Tuesday, May 22, 2007 Frances Dell [Lovell] Waters January 9, 1953 ~ May 22, 2007 Frances Dell Waters of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma was born on January 9, 1953 to Velton and Mary [Love] Lovell in Columbus, Georgia and passed from this life on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 54 years. Mrs. Waters was raised in Ada, Oklahoma and graduated from Latta High School. On January 11, 1977 she and Steven Waters were married in Ada, Oklahoma. She was a member of Landmark Tabernacle Church in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Dell loved to play drums and she enjoyed playing basketball and doing crossword puzzles.
