August 19, 1999 May 27, 1914 ~ August 19, 1999 DAVIS ~ Funeral services for Ethel Loper, 85, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Immanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. Eddie Dye officiating. Interment will follow at Paoli Cemetery, Paoli. Mrs. Loper was born May 27, 1914, at Muse, to Lloyd and Willie Wilcox Loper. She died August 19, 1999, in Oklahoma City. She had lived in Davis most of her life and owned and operated a daycare center for many years. She was the widow of Clayton Mauldin who died April 10, 1990. She is survived by two daughters, Connie Dye, Newcastle, and Kathy Brock, Marietta; a brother, Martin Loper, Stillwater; five grandchildren, Clay, Nicole, Lisa, Lori and Reno; and three great-grandchildren, Dillon, Dalton and Loreal. Fox Funeral Home will direct services. |
