© Stufflebean~Coffey Funeral Home Pauls Valley, Oklahoma March 9, 2015 July 14, 1942 ~ December 9, 2013 Robert "Bobby" Kerr Kelley was born July 14, 1942 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Stephen H. and Lois [Carr] Kelley. Bobby grew up in the Paoli community helping his father with the family business; Kelley's APCO and graduated from Paoli High School in 1960. In 1963, he and Eddie Lee Wadley were married and together they raised one daughter, Stacy. Bobby operated the family business until 1971. When T. G. & Y. came to Pauls Valley he began his career there as Assistant Manager in the Automotive Department. In 1976, representing T. G. & Y., he won the Distinguished Salesman of the Year award. In 1977, he joined Standridge Tire Center as the sales manager, later becoming owner and retiring in 2007. Throughout his life Bobby was an avid OU Sooners and Dallas Cowboy fan. He enjoyed traveling, camping trips with family, fishing with his buddies, woodworking, gardening, classic car shows and fixing whatever was broken. He was well known around the area for his skills as a mechanic. Bobby was a faithful Christian man. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Paoli for many years and served on various church committees. He served his community in many ways one of which was a school board for more than 10 years. Bobby was a very kind, gentle, generous and patient man. His love for the Lord and "his girls" was evident in the way he lived his life. He will be remembered as a special brother, an loving uncle to many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Bobby will also be remembered as a great friend and neighbor. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, six half-brothers, one niece, Kelly Jo Dillard, mother and father-in-law, Ed "Shorty" and Mertie Wadley, brother-in-law, Freeman "Corky" Wadley, and two great nephews, Donnie Scott Sanders and Dakota Lane Deaver. He is survived by his wife, Eddie, of the home; daughter, Stacy Snyder and her husband, Brent, of Paoli; granddaughter, Whitney Clagg and her husband, Josh, of Payne; grandson, Steven Snyder of Dibble; great-granddaughter, Addison Clagg; his sister, Eva Patricia Dillard, of Paoli and half-sister, Doris Gabbard of Arkansas; as well as extended family, Dorothy and E. B. Byrd, Ouida Duckworth, Neva and Donnie Owens and Debbie Wadley, nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces, many cousins and a host of friends. The family would like to express their appreciation to the many family and friends for their never ending love and support. In lieu of flowers the family requests contribution be made in Bobby's name to the First Baptist Church, Paoli Family Life Center Fund. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Paoli First Baptist Church officiated by Pastor John Allen.
