Mary Elizabeth "Liz" James, of Paoli, passed away March 26, 2015 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years.

Liz was born October 31, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan to Ralph Elmos and Cleta Margarette [Green] Cochran.

Mary Elizabeth Cochran was married to Thomas Glenn James in Charleston, South Carolina on March 17, 1969.

She was a Court Clerk at the Garvin County Courthouse for many years until her retirement.

Paoli has been her home since 1978 where she was a member of Paoli First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Cleta Cochran; and her husband, Thomas Glenn (Bud) James.
