Pauleta M. [Owens] Seely
March 12, 1938 ~ May 20, 2020


Pauleta M. Seely, a resident of Wynnewood, OK, was born on March 12, 1938 in Vici, OK to Rita [White] Owens and Paul Owens.

She passed away on May 20, 2020 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 82. She was a longtime resident of the Wynnewood area. She had worked as an EMT and also kept house for several people.

She married James E. Seely on June 9, 1990 in Roady, OK. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Wynnewood.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter - Loretta Roberts; 2 sons - James Paul McCurley and Steve Ellet.

She is survived by her husband James of their home in Wynnewood, 2 sons - Stormy Seale and wife Priscilla of Wynnewood; Ronald Ward and wife Susan of Taloga, OK; Daughter - Carolyn Denise Burgin and husband Joe of Muskogee, OK; 2 stepsons - Don and Jim Seely of Ninnekah, OK; 1 brother;.; 17 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Services will be held on Saturday May 23, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Assembly of God Church in Wynnewood, OK with Rev. Charles Tennison officiating. Burial will follow at Katy Cemetery in Katy, OK. Visitation will be held on Friday May 22, 2020 at DeArman Funeral Home in Wynnewood from 4 to 7 PM. Services are under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home of Wynnewood.
