Leslie D. Doughty
January 2, 1953 ~ April 6, 2016


Leslie D. Doughty, of Pauls Valley, passed away April 6, 2016 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 63 years.

Leslie was born January 2, 1953 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Morris Luther and Nonia Jean [Love] Doughty.

Pauls Valley has been his home all of his life. In 1972 he began his tour of duty in the United State Army and is a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He received his Honorable Discharge discharged in 1974 while serving in Zirndorf, Germany. Leslie was a retired Auto Mechanic and Oil Field Worker.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Leslie Wayne Doughty; one brother, Manual Kent Doughty and one sister, Connie Sue Doughty.

Surviving family include his children, Kristy McMahon; Robert Doughty and his wife, Stephanie; and Jennifer Doughty, all of Pauls Valley; six grandchildren, Kevin McMahon, Justin McMahon, Madilyne Doughty, Shelby Doughty, Katelin Doughty, and Clayton Doughty; five sisters, Linnie Patterson of Pauls Valley; Marsha Brady of Canadian; Vickie Warner of Davis; Phyllis Cook of Elmore City; and Sharon Thorn of Elmore City; one brother, Gary Doughty of Pauls Valley.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 11, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Stufflebean-Coffey Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Rev. Jimmy Dehart. Interment will be at Oaklawn Cemetery at Wynnewood under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
