Charles Albert Bishop
December 30, 1943 ~ December 3, 2019


Charles Albert Bishop, a resident of Sulphur was born December 30, 1943 in Vinson, OK to Albert & Clara [Brummitt] Bishop. He passed away Tuesday December 3, 2019 at Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 75 years 11 months and 3 days. He was the second child of nine, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. He grew up in Vinson, OK where he attended school.

After school joined the Army and was a veteran of the US Military, having served in the Army and Navy, during Viet Nam. After the service he worked in construction.

He had lived the last few years in Sulphur.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.

Survived by his Son, Carl Wayne Bishop, 7 siblings.

Services will be held Monday December 9, 2019 at 2:30PM at Chapel of Sulphur Veteran Center officiated by Dr. Larry Combs.

Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home.
