July 26, 1981 ~ May 2, 2019


Frank LaRae DeVal Rushing was born July 26, 1981 to Donald Fagan and Florence Victoria Rushing in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Frank departed this life on May 2, 2019 in Tucker, Georgia.

Frank was educated in the Fulton County School System and worked as a General Contractor by trade for many years.

Frank was preceded in death by his grandmother Joyce Rushing.

He leaves to cherish his memories: Parents: Donald Fagan and Florence Victoria Rushing, Grandfather: Bill and [Vera] Rushing, Daughters: Angelica, Alexandria, Gianna, Aubri, and Autumn; Son: Jaylin. Siblings: Chauncey Rushing, Aracio Blake Henderson Rushing, a host of other siblings, and a very special friend Detra Crawl Lindsey.

Services will be held on Wednesday May 15, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Wynnewood officiated by Rev. Kirk Rushing with interment following at Oak Grove Cemetery. DeArman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Please send online condolences to www.dearmanfuneralhome.com
