Bill E. Montgomery Sr
July 22, 1946 ~ July 23, 2019


Bill E. Montgomery, Sr, of Foster, passed away July 23, 2019 in Midwest City, Oklahoma at the age of 73 years,

Bill was born July 22, 1946 in Lindsay, Oklahoma to Ruby Beulah [Southern] and James Robert Montgomery, Sr.

He grew up in Wynnewood and is a 1964 graduate of the Wynnewood High School. The Garvin County area has been his home all of his life with the past 45 years in the Foster Community. On July 24, 1967 he and Elfrieda Ramming were married in Gainesville, Texas. He worked for Mobil Oil until his retirement and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Elmore City.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, James Robert and Ruby Beulah Montgomery.

Surviving family include his wife of 52 years, Elfrieda Montgomery of the home; one son, Bill E. Montgomery, II and his wife, Mindy, of Norman; three grandchildren, Ashleé, Tré, and Gabriel Montgomery, 2 brothers, Boyce and his wife, Timi Montgomery, of Pauls Valley; and James R, Jr. and Tomi Montgomery, of Norman.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 26, 2019 at 2:30 pm at Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
